Returns Made Easy at Boutique Blue
We want you to love your Boutique Blue purchases! If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help.
Online Returns
• Refunds: Request within 7 days of delivery. Item must have original tags, be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
• Store Credit: Request between 8-30 days of delivery. Item must meet the same conditions as above and be returned within 14 days of your return request.
• Free Returns: Email orders@shopboutiqueblue.com with your order number and items to return. We’ll send a shipping label for free!
In-Store Returns
• Refunds: Eligible items returned within 7 days of purchase with original tags, unused, and in original condition.
• Store Credit: Eligible items returned within 14 days of purchase under the same conditions.
• Final Sale: After 14 days, all sales are final.
Exclusions
• No returns on jewelry, accessories, or clearance items.
• Items bought during promotions follow the above return guidelines.
Exchanges
We can’t provide direct exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If you need a different size or color, place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at orders@freshnostalgia.com with your order number and purchase date. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
